Champions League - Tuesday September 29th

A couple of games called my attention from Tuesday's matches.

Inter -½ @ 1.83 (-120) 2 UNITS

On the earliest game Internazionale will play at cold Russia to face Rubin Kazan, the Russian champs. Even though Inter it's a stronger team by all means and after drawing at home against Barcelona, they need to recover the 2 pts they lost at home with a win as visitors, and this is the best chance they have.

Rubin Kazan is struggling on their domestic duties and already started off the wrong foot on the Champions League. Kazan's coach is already worried about the 2 competitions, especially the effect that the poor form on their league will have on the European competition. It will be an exciting ride, but short one at the end for the Russians.

Rubin Kazan is winless in their last 3 games, and Inter comes from a loss at Sampdoria. One of them will bounce back and the Italian side will be the one with a smile after the 90 minutes. A stronger and more experienced team will prevail.

Standard Liege +½ @ 1.77 (-130) 1 UNIT

After Van Gaal's departure to Munich the AZ hasn't been the same. Koeman's side is weak and is in a lot of truble in both competitions. Standard Liege faced Arsenal on matchday 1 and after a 2-0 lead, Arsenal came back and won 3-2...but c'mon Arsenal is one fo the top 5 teams in the competition. Basically, AZ is a mess and Standard Liege has enough material to outclass AZ and get at least 1 point.
